The Panthers tasted defeat for the first time this season, dropping a road game to Onondaga Community College on Wednesday, 84-51. The Panthers are now 1-1 so far this season; Onondaga improves to 3-0.
The Panthers scored first and led early, 5-2, before Onondaga went on a 10-0 run to move ahead. The margin grew to 21-9 at the end of the half and 36-21 at the half. The Lazers put the game away with 24 points in each of the third and fourth quarters, stretching their lead to the 33-point final.
For the second straight game, Melody Fann led the team in scoring, netting 21 points. Ella McCoy had nine points and Michaela Jean-Philippe added eight.

The Panthers host Hudson Valley Community College Saturday in TC3's home opener.
